JOSHUA NETS MILLER DEAL

ANTHONY JOSHUA’S New York showdown with Jarrell Miller could be announced today. All the terms for the June 1 fight at Madison Square Garden have been agreed for Joshua’s first pro fight outside of the UK. Miller was fourth on Joshua’s list of targets, behind Deontay Wilder, Tyson Fury and Dillian Whyte. Wilder and Fury were long-shots after their draw in 2018 and forthcoming rematch, while Whyte hit out over the package he was offered. That has allowed Miller to pick up a similar payday, which is in the region of £5m, while Joshua is in line to make £20m.
