ASTHMATIC children who eat oily fish frequently suffer fewer attacks.

A study at La Trobe University in Australia found that those consuming fish high in omega3 fatty acids — such as salmon or sardines — twice a week had improved lung function function after just six months. The researcher­s said the fish has anti-inflammato­ry properties.
