CONTAINING a scoop of vanilla ice cream, this drink — Soyer au champagne in French — has a sensuous texture. 2 tbsp vanilla ice cream 2 dashes maraschino liqueur 2 dashes pineapple juice 2 dashes orange curaçao 2 dashes brandy champagne POUR the liqueur, pineapple juice, curaçao, and brandy over the ice cream in a parfait glass. Fill with champagne. Serve with a spoon.
