BERRY GINGER FIZZ
A VITAMIN C-packed pick-me-up to really get the blood flowing.
4 blackberries, strawberries or blueberries, plus extra to garnish
1 ½ fl oz syrup (one part hot water with one part white sugar). 1 fl oz fresh lemon juice ginger beer, to top mint leaf, to garnish MUDDLE berries in a shaker with ½ fl oz of the syrup. Add rest of syrup, lemon juice and ice. Shake and pour into a tall glass. Fill glass with ginger beer and top with garnish.
