T20 CRICKET West Indies v England, 6pm, Sky Cricket and Main Event

ENGLAND, and their big-hitting opener Jason Roy, take on the current T20 world champions in St Lucia, in the first of three games. Let’s hope they have plenty of spare balls ready — particular­ly if Chris Gayle is in explosive form.

BEAUTIFULL­Y styled Irish indie starring Ann Skelly as a young epileptic woman who meets a man she thought only existed in the dream-like state she enters during her seizures. Aoife McArdle’s coming-of-age tale co-stars Ryan Lincoln.

TOTTENHAM may have seen their Premier League form slump of late, but they have a 3-0 advantage going into tonight’s second-leg tie against the German leaders so will be confident of making it through to the quarter-finals of the Champions League. In tonight’s other match, Real Madrid defend a 2-1 lead over Ajax at the Bernabeu (7.45pm, BT Sport 3).

EIGHTIES VIGILANTE The Equalizer, 9pm, Forces TV

EDWARD WOODWARD plays a hard-faced spy turned avigilante in the Eighties New York drama, which has a thundering­ly good opening theme from Stewart Copeland. This is a repeat from the start, followed by the same for sci-fi classic Space: 1999. (Freeview 96, Freesat 165, Sky 181, Virgin 277)

ART PROFILE David Lynch: The Art Life, 9pm, Sky Arts

WHATEVER your tolerance for his work (Twin Peaks, Wild At Heart), the director David Lynch is an intriguing­ly weird on-screen presence. This film has the seemingly impossible task of explaining him, and starts with his childhood (‘I never heard my parents argue about anything’).

ACTION THRILLER Seal Team, 9pm, Sky One

AS THIS solidly made U.S. action drama returns for a new run of episodes, the special forces unit are still on the trail of Mexican drug boss Anders Doza. Jason (David Boreanaz) and the rest of the Seals finally close in on their quarry here, but the situation isn’t as simple as it seems, and the consequenc­es could be deadly.
