sHe’s had a turbulent love life and a string of failed relationships.

But Cheryl tweedy, mother to son Bear, two, has admitted that she’s keen to have more children – with or without a partner.

the former Girls aloud star, 35, has said she is open to having another baby using a sperm donor because finding the ‘right man’ isn’t a ‘priority’ anymore.

Miss tweedy – who split from Bear’s father, singer Liam Payne, 25, last July – told the Daily telegraph’s stella magazine: ‘You don’t necessarily need to be in a relationship. I’ve got a friend who has had two children using donors. Not everything has to be conventional.’

she added: ‘You can spend ages looking for the right man, waiting for the perfect time to get pregnant, then the right man might turn out to be the wrong man. there are definitely other routes I would consider.’

Miss tweedy married footballer ashley Cole in 2006 but they announced their separation in 2010 following his reported infidelities.

she married restaurateur Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini in 2014 after just three months of dating, only to call time on the marriage at the end of 2015. Referring to her son, she said: ‘I’ve found the love of my life and he’s absolutely enough for me.’

Miss tweedy said giving birth to Bear finally ‘fulfilled’ her in a way that ‘money, fame, success’ never did. she added: ‘everything changed for me from the moment Bear was born. My old brain came out of my head, and all my worries, anxieties and feelings of emptiness went, and a new brain replaced it.’

the singer revealed she has been going to therapy as she feared ‘the old Cheryl would come back’ as she returned to work on BBC show the Greatest Dancer.

she said: ‘I went because I felt I owed it to Bear, owed it to myself. I’m actively undoing all the bad thought patterns and traps I used to fall into.’
