BOXING LEGEND What’s My Name: Muhammad Ali, 9pm, Sky Atlantic

IT’S hard for any documentary about Ali to fail, simply because the subject is so magnetic. And this — directed by Southpaw’s Antoine Fuqua and hailing from HBO — is very far from a failure. This first of a polished two-parter uses rare archive footage and plenty of Ali’s own words to tell his story.

KIWI CRIME The Bad Seed, 9pm, Alibi

THE New Zealand crime drama based on Charlotte Grimshaw’s novels comes to a close. Mereana is sure that Simon sent someonemeone to attack her, while Simon is struggling to persuade the police to accept his new insight into the murder. At least election day means Roza (Chelsie Preston-Crayford, pictured) has something to celebrate.
