author Michael Calvin, who has written a number of heralded books on football, has teamed up with Ryder Cup-winning captain Thomas Bjorn and branched out into golf for his latest work. And it would appear that Mind Game, a deep look at what makes the world’s best, is another success if the reaction from the European Tour is anything to go by. Chief executive Keith Pelley is such a big fan that he has placed an initial order of 250 copies for his staff, believing the book will ‘help them better understand the complexities of our players and just what it takes to succeed in our sport’.
