PRINCE Harry’s ex-girlfriend is to marry her estate agent boyfriend – who is also called Harry.
Cressida Bonas, 30, was pictured with her arm around husband-to-be Harry Went worthStanley, who shared the news of their engagement on Instagram.
The actress, who was Prince Harry’s last serious relationship before he began dating Meghan Markle, wore a dazzling ruby ring as she beamed next to her fiance.
Miss Bonas and Prince Harry were together for two years and she was widely tipped to walk down the aisle with him. But she is said to have disliked the attention of dating a royal and opted to focus on her career.
The former couple began dating in May 2012 after being introduced by his cousin and her close friend, Princess Eugenie. Described as a ‘blue-blooded butterfly’, Miss Bonas is the daughter of renowned Old Harrovian businessman Jeffrey Bonas and 1960s It girl Lady MaryGaye Curzon.
Rumours that she was ‘ the one’ for Prince Harry gathered pace in March 2014 when she joined the royal at an official engagement for the first time. She watched as Harry gave a speech at the WE Day UK charity event at Wembley Arena and they also sat together in the stands.
But they split up in April 2014, saying they remained ‘the best of friends’, and Miss Bonas was invited to Harry and Meghan’s wedding in Windsor Castle last year.
Surveyor Mr Wentworth-Stanley is the son of the Marchioness of Milford-Haven.
He rowed across the Atlantic with three friends in 2016, raising £600,000 to help build the UK’s first centre outside of a clinic or hospital designed to help suicidal men by giving counselling and therapy. His brother James took his own life aged 21 in 2006.
Prince Harry is odds-on to attend the wedding, according to bookmakers Ladbrokes. Alex Apati, of Ladbrokes, said: ‘Prince Harry and Cressida have remained good friends since their break-up and we reckon the royal will make an appearance at his ex’s big day.’
