IN THE sixth and final episode of the haunting Italian detective drama, a mother finds her fouryear-old daughter dead in the car. The lack of clues leads the police and public opinion to lay blame on the woman, but Inspector Valeria (Miriam Leone) is convinced she’s innocent.
LONDON DRAMA Temple, 9pm, Sky One
IN SKY’S new series based on Norwegian drama Valkyrien, Mark Strong (pictured) plays a grieving surgeon who runs an illegal operating theatre under Temple station. It’s a nutty concept, and it’s to the credit of the cast — including Daniel Mays and Game Of Thrones’ Carice Van Houten — that it’s as watchable as it is. And don’t miss the final scene.
PEOPLE POWER American Patriot, 9pm, PBS America
THE Americans have a fascinating relationship with power, especially when it comes to their governments. This new documentary explores the 2016 armed uprising of ‘American patriots’ — ranchers who believed the federal authorities had begun to meddle too much in citizens’ lives.
NEW CRIME DRAMA Unbelievable, Netflix
A TROUBLED young woman reports a rape to seemingly unfeeling police and hospital staff — and then, holes steadily start to appear in her story. Is it her or the system that’s at fault? Netflix’s cool-headed new U.S. drama treads this particularly difficult ground with skill, and stars Merritt Wever and Toni Collette (pictured) as the detectives on the case.

BORED, funny 28-year-old Alma is carving a losing path through life, then discovers she can timetravel, in this new U.S. series from the creator of Netflix’s BoJack Horseman. It’s animated in an eerie way and casts a unique spell from the opening frame. Alma finds fresh reason to live once she learns there’s more to her dead father than she thought.
