WHEELCHAIR-USERS flying with easyJet will soon be able to use a new combined sling and padded cushion specially designed to help passengers transfer comfortably in and out of aircraft seating.

CHINESE WONDER
BRITISH AIRWAYS will start flying into Beijing’s futuristic new Daxing International Airport on October 27.
Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, it has the world’s largest single-building terminal, shaped like a giant starfish, and plans to handle 72 million passengers a year by 2025 (ba.com).
FRESH START

A THRICE-WEEKLY flight from Manchester to Dhaka and Sylhet will launch on January 4, 2020. Fares for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner service operated by Biman Bangladesh Airlines start at £580 return, with a flight time of ten hours (biman-airlines.com).

TICKETS are now on sale for a new service linking Newcastle and Bergen (pictured) starting April 27, 2020. Operated by Loganair, fares are from £89.99 o one-way.
