SHE insists she has found inner calm, but Cold Feet star Hermione Norris says she’d still consider having the ‘ full works’ of plastic surgery.

She said: ‘It has taken me until I’m 52 to really feel I’ve grown into myself. I love being the age I am now.

‘The experience you have gleaned by this chapter of your life means you feel more comfortable in your own skin, more at ease.’

The actress has two children – son Wilf, 15, and daughter Hero, 12 – with husband, Simon Wheeler. But even though she worries about the pressures on youngsters to conform to an idealised body image, she admitted that cosmetic surgery was an option for her. She told Woman & Home magazine: ‘I’d have the full works. I’d have a tummy tuck, a boob lift. I’d have it all – if it made me feel better.’

The star, who has also appeared in Wire In The Blood, Spooks and Luther, returns in the ninth series of Cold Feet on January 13.
