Key to Rosie’s chic shape? No food after 6pm!
FANS may marvel at her impossibly slender physique.
Now Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has revealed the secret to a supermodel figure is a very early dinner time.
The 32-year-old swears by ‘intermittent fasting’, a popular diet trend which means eating all meals within a particular time-frame.
The model, who splits her time between London and Los Angeles, said she tries to ‘finish eating between 4pm and 6pm’. ‘I eat all my food in an eightto ten-hour window,’ she explained.
‘It gives my body a chance to digest everything. I’ll have a matcha latte with oat milk at 8am – that’s the most LA thing about me.’
But she insisted: ‘Of course, if I go out for dinner, I shift it to later. I’m flexible, you’ve got to live.’ Miss Huntington
Whiteley, who has a two-year-old son with actor and film producer Jason Statham, 52, admitted it took her a ‘long time’ to get her figure back after having son Jack in 2017.
She told The Sunday Times: ‘I’m not going to lie, things don’t sit where they used to, but I’ve come to terms with it.’
Speaking about the benefits of fasting, Helen Bond, a dietitian and spokesman for the British Dietetics Association, said: ‘Research is certainly starting to suggest that there are benefits for intermittent fasting. It may help with reduced inflammation, better blood glucose control and insulin sensitivity.’
She added it reduces snacking and helps people ‘eat more mindfully’.
