OBSESSIVE CRISP DISORDER

How TV Stacey organises her snack cupboard... with curtain clips

WHEN it comes to excessive organisation, the phrase ‘life’s too short’ springs to mind for many.

But apparently not for Stacey Solomon, who is delighted to have come up with a way to keep her snack cupboard in order – by hanging packets of crisps from curtain clips on a rail. The Loose Women panellist, 30, also grouped the packs by colour for added visual harmony.

Miss Solomon later assured fans she was feeling all right, and added: ‘I know there was a lot of people questioning whether I had friends or not over yesterday’s crisp cupboard, but I do.’ The former X Factor contestant is a fan of DIY hacks to keep her house in order – from boxing up food in labelled fridge trays to storing batteries in organisers – and often shares videos of her cleaning tips on her Instagram page.

But her most recent trick saw her transform a kitchen cupboard using a tension pole left over from another project and curtain hooks to display the bags of crisps.

She said in a video she shared online: ‘Honestly I just sat here cracking up at myself for how happy this has made me. Why do I love it so much?’

Earlier this month, mother-of-three Miss Solomon told fans she believes organising ‘completely takes my mind off’ her anxiety. ‘I get it all the time,’ she revealed on Instagram. ‘I think that’s why I like to organise and do little bits and pieces that really keep my mind occupied.’

Miss Solomon previously posted a video of herself chastising her partner, presenter Joe Swash, 38, for attempting to use a mug from her ‘display’ cupboard.
