Sylvia’s back at the gym with turmeric

-

YOU may have heard wellness warriors talking about turmeric, only to be left wondering how the popular spice had garnered such a following.

But the truth is, they’re onto something. More and more people are sticking with turmeric after trying it for themselves.

A leading nutritional supplement company has received a flurry of praise for its turmeric supplements, thanks to a special formulation that allows more of the active ingredient, curcumin, to get where it is needed.

The Turmeric+ formulation is 30 times more absorbable than standard turmeric, and also contains vitamin C which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage.

The impressive formula was developed in Cambridge, a city known for its academic and medical excellence.

Each one of the company’s supplements is backed by a scientific advisory board.

The results speak for themselves, with thousands more people signing up for a regular supply in 2019.

Sylvia Pilgrim from Manchester is one of the long-term subscribers. Now in her 60s, Sylvia has always tried to keep fit.

‘I am retired now, but even when I was working, I always liked to go to the gym. Unfortunately, I began to slow down due to wear and tear,’ she says.

‘The difference Turmeric+ made was unbelievable. I went back to the gym and can now continue with my fitness regime.

‘I have been taking it for around two years now. My husband suggested I came off it as I was feeling so much more like my normal self. I told him I’d rather give him up than my turmeric tablets!

‘When I went to the hospital for an unrelated issue, I couldn’t believe it when the doctor said that he was taking the supplement too!’

To help people find out if the supplement is right for them, they are being offered their first month’s supply for free.

‘We’re very happy to give them their first pack free so they can experience it for themselves,’ says Adam Cleevely, the company’s CEO.

‘I can’t think of a better way to convince people.’
