EVERY day, I finish my shower with two minutes under cold water to get the circulation going and keep the skin tight, plus I body-brush to further boost circulation and exfoliate. Then I apply Elizabeth Arden Prevage Face Serum (£170, boots.com) and Intensive Anti-Ageing Moisture Cream (£120) twice a day.
I OWN hundreds of bras. One of my favourite brands is Shock Absorber, as they have amazing support if you do a lot of running or high-impact exercise ( shockabsorber.co.uk). It’s important to get a regular bra fitting, especially if you’re going through the menopause, losing weight or experiencing any changes in your body shape.
PRE-CORONA, I’d go to my gym four or five times a week (ucsactive.org.uk). The endorphin rush is a big stress-reliever. I love weight training for building strength, bone density and muscle mass in midlife. During lockdown I’ve been running but I miss the social side of the gym.
