MORE TURKEY FLIGHTS

JET2.COM has added more than 60 flights to Turkey’s coast in response to continued demand. Passengers can depart from nine UK airports with Antalya, Bodrum and Dalaman the most popular destinatio­ns. CHRISTMAS IN ST LUCIA

TUI starts weekly charter flights from Gatwick to St Lucia on November 3, offering affordable Caribbean Christmas escapes. A seven-night package from December 22 costs from £1,087 pp, including transfers to the all- inclusive Royalton resort in St Lucia (pictured). The operator also hopes to offer holidays to Jamaica and Cuba this winter ( tui.co.uk).

CARIBBEAN CONNECTION

VIRGIN Atlantic will start thriceweek­ly flights from Manchester to Barbados on October 26 with fares from £537 return. The airline is also increasing services from Heathrow with flights set to go daily from December 14. Links to Antigua and Grenada, both on the UK’s ‘safe’ list, restart by October 24 ( virginatla­ntic.com).

SWEDISH SNOW
