IT’S no fun being a cloud —wherever you go, people are rarely pleased to see you. Dermot O’Leary, who seems to have the exact opposite effect on people, has chosen to read Tim Hopgood’s tale of Cyril The Lonely Cloud for this new episode of CBeebies’ cosy storytelli­ng show.

FOREST imploded at the end of last season to drop out of play-off contention, and they’ve continued in a similar vein with three straight defeats. Can they turn things around against fellow strugglers Huddersfie­ld, who are also yet to pick up a point?

BRIDE-TO-BE Wendy is 60, wants a ‘boobilicio­us’ dress, and has £3,000 to spend on one from Gok Wan in this fun new episode. Wendy’s entourage of family and friends are rather less keen on her flashing the flesh, though: ‘You’re not Katie Price,’ remarks one. Will she be deterred? (Sky 133, Virgin 167)

F1 CHAMP Fernando, Amazon Prime

‘THE only thing I care about in life is winning.’ The competitiv­e side of the Spanish two-time Formula One World Champion Fernando Alonso is on full display in this upclose and personal five-part profile of his life. It includes interviews with those who know him best.

FILM BIOPIC Judy, 8pm, Sky Premiere

RENEE ZELLWEGER (pictured) transforms into Judy Garland for this musical biopic of the feted performer. She won Oscar, Bafta and Golden Globe glory for her knockout turn, and is strongly supported by our own Jessie Buckley (as Garland’s final unflappabl­e assistant).

AUSSIE POP Australian Hits At The BBC, 9pm, BBC4

OVER the years, the Aussie invasion of our charts hasn’t just been down to soap stars looking for another career, like Kylie and Jason. This compilatio­n of performanc­es also features INXS, AC/DC, Aborigine band Yothu Yindi, The Easybeats and John Farnham — the singer of You’re The Voice.

NEW U.S. THRILLER Utopia, Amazon Prime

THE apocalypti­c stories of a comic book turn out to be true in this stylishly violent U.S. version of the Ch4 drama, which you can also find on Amazon. The Americanme­rican show’s biggest star is John Cusack (pictured), who plays a scientist blamed for a deadly epidemic.

TREASURE HUNTER Rob Riggle: Global Investigat­or, 9pm, Discovery

HUMOUR can be a good way to learn, and the comic Rob Riggle brings a lot of that to this history series. Tonight, he’s looking for the treasure of the pirate ‘Black Caesar’ in Florida. ‘I haven’t understood most of this,’ he reflects on what he’s learned before diving in search of gold. ‘But it sounds promising.’

DARK COMEDY Why Women Kill, 9pm, Alibi

IN THE first of a double bill, both Simone (Lucy Liu) and Beth Ann (Ginnifer Goodwin) find themselves in thoroughly embarrassi­ng situations. Behind those farce-like moments, though, lies the darker question of which corner of each of this show’s three love triangles will end up dead.
