- By SIMON JONES

■ TOTTENHAM are hopeful of agreeing a fee with Everton for Richarlison in the next 24 hours. Everton want more than £50million for the Brazilian and his old club Watford are due 10 per cent of anything over £40m. EVERTON are to open talks with England goalkeeper Jordan Pickford over a new contract. Tottenham have a loan deal ready for Barcelona centre back Clement Lenglet. Atletico Madrid want right back Emerson Royal but that hinges on Spurs’ talks with Middlesbrough over Djed Spence.

■ CHELSEA will talk to Raphinha’s agent Deco today as they look to head off a late threat from Barcelona. Chelsea have offered a five-year deal to the Leeds winger worth around £120,000 a week and agreed a £55m fee plus add-ons. But Deco was in Barcelona yesterday to see if the Catalan side, Raphinha’s preferred club, can finance a rival offer. Romelu Lukaku has returned to Inter Milan on loan. Chelsea defender Levi Colwill is wanted by Leicester City and Southampton.

City will have a buy-back option on the 18-year-old Belgian. ÷ BRENTFORD have offered a deal worth £20m for Hull City forward Keane Lewis-Potter. Brentford have signed winger Max Dickov, son of former Manchester City striker Paul.

■ LIVERPOOL have rejected an £11m offer from Nottingham Forest for right back Neco Williams. ÷ ARSENAL defender Danny Ballard is joining Sunderland after his move to Burnley fell through. Liam McCarron has joined STOKE from Leeds.
