i THougHT she was beautiful and looked amazing wearing a green bodycon dress. she has a lovely body and great eyes. i was on my phone so she had sat down before i had time to kiss or hug her hello. instead, we shook hands across the table, but she’s so friendly we just hit it off.

EASY TO TALK TO?

THere was plenty of banter and we talked about literally everything. we’re both personal trainers and so chatted about our work: Jo’s hoping to move to london from glasgow so she was asking me about working here. we both have tattoos and discovered the weirdest thing: to mark the passing of both our grandfathers, we have tattoos in exactly the same place on our bicep of their respective dates of birth. she also likes to cook and i like to eat — so we’re a match made in heaven. it was such good fun that we stayed two and a half hours.

EMBARRASSING MOMENTS?

noT at all, everything was great.

DID SPARKS FLY?

yes, we were both flirting. we just kept eye contact and she kept telling me i was a good-looking guy. when i said i couldn’t show her my chest tattoos in the restaurant, she quipped that she didn’t mind if i got naked.

we quite quickly talked about seeing each other again and when i mentioned it was my birthday soon and wanted to travel somewhere, she said she’d fly with me. so, who knows?

i walked her to her train and we shared a goodbye kiss.

yes, soon when she comes back to london. she’d mentioned wanting to try out a Topgolf in london so we might do something fun like that.
