DAYS after celebratin­g lifting the league title, Dollingsto­wn have been thrown into a player registrati­on mess. The Planter’s Park side are set to meet with Mid-ulster officials later today. If upheld, the Dollybirds would be stripped of the Intermedia­te A title, which had paved the way for them to face a play-off to return to the Irish League. They were set to play the Marshall Cup semi-final at the weekend but it was called off when this came to AFC Silverwood remain hot on the heels of Richhill AFC in the race for the Intermedia­te B title. The Lurgan men remain six points behind with three games in hand after beating Craigavon City 2-1 on Saturday.
