SEAN MCCOMB is going to have to beat Russia’s current World Elite champion Vitaly Dunaystev for the second time on the trot to qualify for the 2017 World Championships. Mccomb scored an impressive unanimous decision over Erik Agateljan in his opening bout yesterday, the Belfast southpaw wobbling the Czech Republic light-welter with a stunning uppercut in the second round of their contest in the Ukraine. Dunaystev, the No. 1 seed who claimed World gold in 2015 and who Mccomb beat on a 3-2 split decision in a Round Robin in Dublin in April, awaits in the last 16.
