Plane drunks get locked up

COURTS have jailed 45 passengers in two years for being drunk on aircraft, nine of them women.

Some 99 travellers, 23 of them female, were convicted of alcohol offences in 2015 and 2016.

Government data also revealed that 13 people were fined for smoking.
