Brave Coleen: Big school for my gorgeous boy Klay
Proud mum posts snap
DOTING mum Coleen Rooney put her marriage turmoil aside to post a delightful photo of her son Klay on his first day at school.
The beaming four-year-old was pictured in his smart dark blue and yellow striped cap, blazer and tie just moments before he set out to join his new classmates yesterday.
Posting the snap to her 1.28 million Twitter followers, proud Coleen wrote: “Big school for my gorgeous Klay!!”
Coleen later placed it on her Instagram to the delight of her followers.
One wrote: “What a beautiful picture of a beautiful boy, Coleen!”
The mum of three, who is expecting a fourth child, wants her three boys to have a normal life as she and husband Wayne talk their troubles through.
She has faced heartbreak since former England captain Rooney was charged with drink-driving last Friday.
He was pulled over by police in the early hours after taking over the controls of a VW Beetle owned by single mum Laura Simpson, 29.
The pair had met at a bar in Wilmslow, Cheshire, while Coleen was away holiday in Majorca with Kai, seven, Klay and one-year-old Kit.
Coleen, 31, flew back later on Friday to confront Rooney. She spent the weekend at her parents’ house in Liverpool before returning home to Prestbury, Cheshire, on Sunday. She has reportedly been seen without her £250,000 wedding ring and £200,000 engagement ring.
Rooney arrived at Everton’s training ground yesterday for a showdown with boss Ronald Koeman over his night on the town.
The ex-manchester United star, also 31, was still wearing his wedding ring as he drove into the complex near Liverpool behind the wheel of his Range Rover.
He later returned to his £6million mansion and his now rocky marriage.
