Veg export deal is a real Doha

NORTHERN Ireland vegetables will soon be on the shelves of a Qatar market after a local supplier signed a deal with Lulu stores.

Mash Direct, from Comber, Co Down, will supply broccoli in a cheese sauce, croquettes and mashed potato to outlets in Doha from Friday.

It marks a further expansion into the Middle East for the familyowned firm.
