A RARE 50-year-old Rolex watch, which once fell into a cement mixer, has been auctioned off for £230,000.

The Oyster Perpetual Submariner was expected to fetch £8,000.

An anonymous Italian outbid around 100 others at the sale in Martlesham Heath, near Ipswich.
