SWAN HELL OF A BLOW FOR RENATO

THE nightmare start to his Swansea career continues for Renato Sanches. The Bayern Munich loanee (below) is set to miss tomorrow’s clash with Huddersfield due to a thigh strain picked up on international duty.

And Wilfried Bony’s calf problem means Swansea could yet go into the game without their two star summer signings.

Manager Paul Clement said: “Renato is a big doubt. He picked up a thigh strain in training with Portugal. “It looks like it will rule him out and it is disappointing for him. But if he misses out this weekend he could be fit for the next game.”

Swansea have won just one Premier League game and are in the bottom three ahead of back-to-back home games with Huddersfield and Leicester.
