Boss killed in gym tragedy

A BOSS died trapped under a 220lb bench press weight in his home gym, an inquest heard.

Superfit Steven Baker, 56, was found in the locked and unlit garage of his Leicester home on October 25 last year with the lifting bar crushing his neck, an inquest heard.

The managing director of Wild Cat Energy Drink, had had a heart attack.

Pal Abdullah Bodhaniya, 48, who found him, said: “The bar was on his neck.”

Verdict: Open.
