Friday’s right for cosy night

THE perfect Friday night in is a takeaway with the heating on, the curtains drawn and two episodes of a TV series, says a survey.

It found 83% will decide against going out. A tidy house is a must for 60% and 52% want the dishes washed and put away.

Seven out of 10 like to get cosy with a partner, though 29% prefer to be alone, said the Anglian Home Improvement poll.

A spokesman said: “As the nights draw in, you just can’t beat a night in.”
