Brothers on the run after family funeral
TWO well-known brothers were being hunted by police after failing to go back to jail.
The PSNI said Charles Valliday, 45, and 51-yearold James Valliday, from West Belfast, did not return to Maghaberry Prison after being given compassionate bail.
Det Chief Supt Jason Murphy: “Charles and James Valliday, who are awaiting trial for serious offences, were last seen at 10am on Thursday in the area of St Jude’s Chapel on the Falls Road where they attended a relative’s funeral.
“They have a history of violence and I would urge the public not to approach them but to contact police.
“I would ask Charles and James to hand themselves in without delay and ask anyone who knows of their current whereabouts or who has any information to contact police on 999.”
