Sir Tom’s ‘no’ to remarriage or retirement

SIR Tom Jones has said he will never remarry as he does not expect to ever get over the loss of his wife.

The Voice star, 77, says Linda – who died of cancer aged 78, in April last year – remains his one and only.

And while Tom has been linked to other partners, including Priscilla Presley, he insists walking down the aisle will never happen.

Sir Tom said: “No, I cannot see myself getting married again, because my wife passed away last year and I’m still trying to get over that. I don’t think I ever will, so the last thing on my mind is marriage.”

He also admitted he has no plans to stop singing, saying: “I have never considered retiring, because there’s nothing that I would want to do that could replace it.”
