Stress levels in Belfast are near UK’S top

BELFAST is one of the most wound-up cities, it has been revealed.

A Uk-wide survey of 4,000 adults by insurance giant Axa found four out of five felt stressed during a typical week, with one in 10 permanentl­y so.

Cardiff topped the angst list, followed by Belfast, Sheffield, London and Leeds.

The least stressed cities included Brighton, Newcastle, Liverpool, Cambridge, Birmingham and Leicester.

Many of those questioned said they watch TV, listen to music, read a book, exercise or drink alcohol to try and unwind.
