To the girl who wrote in about her sister verbally and physically abusing her three kids – please don’t feel awkward about telling her exactly what she’s doing wrong (Dear Coleen, Nov 9). Threaten her with eviction unless she changes her ways and gets the help she needs. If something doesn’t change soon, her kids could end up scarred for life by this experience.
