Gunners’ Lemar deal in jeopardy
ARSENAL are ready to walk away from a deal for Thomas Lemar.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger had a £90million bid turned down for
Lemar in August and hoped to land the Monaco and France star next summer. But Arsenal fear Monaco’s demands and growing interest in Lemar, 22, from other clubs make a deal impossible.
Liverpool and Barcelona are also now interested in the forward and Lemar’s representatives know they can demand a bigger contract as the chase for him hots up.
