RORY Mcilroy has put his Florida home up for sale – for a cool £9.5million. The Co Down man bought the six-bedroom property in Palm Beach Gardens in 2013.

The swanky waterfront pad comes with a fully kitted-out gym, a swimming pool and nine bathrooms. The house, which has impressive views of a lake, also boasts its own dock.

And in case he needed any extra practice, the garden has its very own putting green.

But after moving into Ernie Els’ old home in the exclusive Bear’s Club Estate in Jupiter, Florida, the golfer and his American wife Erica Stoll are looking for a sale.

Any interested parties will have to stump up close to £10million to live like the 28-year-old.

Mcilroy is looking to make around £2.5million, having bought the mansion for £7million in 2013.
