GROVE UP NEXT FOR MOYOLA

-

Moyola. And Taylor was left to rue what might have been had his side taken a leaf out of the clinical Moyola man’s book.

“We’re just not getting anything going for us at the minute,” he added.

“We went to Dundela last week already missing a few and then lost one of our best players, Richard Vauls, early in the game.

“On Saturday against Moyola the linesman gave us a penalty but then the referee overruled him.

“We were sat there scratching our heads and then they get a freekick and you just know he’s going to score.

“When you’re 1-0 up things are a bit more comfortable whereas a goal down you’re trying to force opportunities and snatch at chances.

“It would be inevitable for heads to go down but full credit to the boys, they’ve kept going.

“If we weren’t in games I would be a lot more worried but we’re creating plenty of chances.

“And there’s a lot of football to be played and a lot of points to go after.

“After we lost to Queen’s we managed to go on a great run so the aim is to try and do that again.

“The good thing is you’re never far from another game and we are back in action on Saturday.

“If we can get a win in that one then hopefully our luck will change and we can go on a bit of a run.”
