“We’ve got the win now so it’s a matter of pushing on and trying to get a win at home on Saturday.

“Two more wins would take us up to 17 points and there are a lot of teams in the top half of the table around 19 points.

“So another win after that, and with all the top teams still having to play each other, they can’t all win those games.

“It is the same with the teams around us, we have Sirocco to play twice, Dunmurry and Comber at home…

“It’s OK saying we can get points there and there but to be honest I’m looking to get points everywhere because we need them.

“Larne Tech this week are coming off the back of two defeats and that can go two ways but we’ll be trying to make it a third for them.

“Johnny Hastings has them well organised and well-drilled. I don’t believe they have lost twice in a row since he took over, so it’s new to them losing, but we’re hoping to catch them on the hop.”
