Cops demand parents ‘step up’ after mob goes on rampage

PARENTS were yesterday urged to “step up” after a 40-strong mob of youths caused destructio­n.

Police in Craigavon, Co Armagh, had to move the group on at 4.30pm on Saturday and appealed to mums and dads to take a more active role in their kids’ lives. A spokesman said: “This isn’t last weekend, or last night. This was 4.30pm.
