7hr wait with broken back
A WOMAN waited seven hours to see an A&E medic about her broken back.
Marion Nash, 61, fell from a ladder in Fleetwood, Lancs, on Monday.
As she lay covered in blankets in her back garden, the ambulance took two hours. She then waited five hours at Blackpool Victoria Hospital.
Marion said: “There are not enough ambulances.”
Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust said it does not discuss individual patients.
