Kiara funeral ‘will be party’

THE funeral of a girl who drowned when her mum’s Mini rolled into a river will be held on the day she would have turned three.

Little Kiara Moore’s heartbroken parents will celebrate their child with a “party for her happy life and birthday” on Tuesday.

Jet Moore, 40, and Kim Rowlands, 25, want people to wear colourful clothes and bring children to make it a “happy celebration”.

The funeral is at 3.15pm at Parc Gwyn Crematorium in Narberth near Pembroke.
