It’s a leap of faith too far
The Archbishop of Canterbury says he feels ashamed of the Church of England after hearing evidence of sexual abuse and cover-ups.
How can he, therefore, continue to stand in front of a congregation peddling the same old God story?
The abuse was carried out by those who continue to serve their God, sheltered by our mass belief in a fairy tale.
Or rather our fear of the consequences of not believing. Either way, Evil has triumphed over Good at the heart of an organisation which tells us to believe the opposite.
How can we possibly have faith in Faith any more?
