ALLARDYCE LEANS TO WILSHERE

SAM ALLARDYCE has spoken of his admiration for Everton target Jack Wilshere.

The Arsenal and England midfielder will be a free agent in the summer and Blues are keen on signing him. Boss Allardyce tried to keep his cards close to his chest when asked about Wilshere (left) but admitted: “I’ve always admired him. “I’ve seen a big difference in Jack Wilshere recently. He looks like he has really got the bit between his teeth. He looks a lot fitter and is leaner in the face. He looks like he’s had a real go off the field, with his diet and extra training, to overcome his injury problems and prove what a great player he is.”
