ITV, 7pm “It’s over”, said Brenda, as she practically threw her wedding ring at Bob. Standing there in all their finery, Bob looked gutted – but what did he expect? Then Laurel appeared with a bin bag (insert trash joke) in Awkward Moment Of The Week. Today the banners are coming down and the gossips have started. Bob is still in his suit, whining: “I’ve made a giant mess of things.” He’ll get no arguments there.

CORONATION STREET

ITV, 7.30pm & 8.30pm

After the devastating news of Aidan’s suicide, Eva is wracked with guilt as Johnny quizzes her and Toyah about Aidan’s last movements that evening.

Johnny is also beating himself up, wishing he’d done more to help his son. And Kate labels Aidan’s actions as selfish.

Meanwhile, Shona continues to fight David’s battle, even confronting Josh and telling him that she knows he’s a liar and will make sure he goes down for rape.

EASTENDERS

We’re not quite sure how Martin has done it but he seems to have two women after him. Sonia has been revisiting old feelings for him, even kissing him while he was asleep. Meanwhile, Stacey also leaned in for a snog.

Now Sonia has glammed up, hoping to grab Martin’s attention, but Stacey’s arrival scuppers her plans. Will the women realise what the other is up to? Of course they will – wait for a classic ’Enders slanging match.
