Who’s that curl? Meghan’s new do is just like Kate’s
MEGHAN Markle reveals a new hairstyle yesterday – with a twist to it just like sister-in-law Kate’s.
The Duchess of Sussex took a style tip from the Duchess of Cambridge as the newlywed was joined by her husband and the Queen on royal duty yesterday.
Meghan, 36, showed off her glossy curls at the Young Leaders Awards Ceremony at Buckingham Palace, which honoured young people from across the Commonwealth. And she once again looked comfortable in the Queen’s company.
Guests included David Beckham, Sir Lenny Henry and Olympic boxer Nicola Adams, and Prince Harry joked to youngsters at the ceremony: “You’re stuck with me.” He and Meghan also met young leaders from Australia, New Zealand and Tonga, ahead of the couple’s trip Down Under in autumn.
Earlier, Meghan’s father blasted the Queen for agreeing to meet “arrogant and insensitive” Donald Trump before him.
Thomas Markle Sr, 73, is angry after it emerged the US President will see Her Majesty on his official visit to the UK on July 13.
Mr Markle said: “If the Queen is willing to meet our arrogant, ignorant and insensitive president she has no excuse not to meet me. I’m nowhere near as bad.”
He believes he has been put in the “penalty box” – where ice hockey players are punished – after his interview on Good Morning Britain last week.
