Facebook pic bug hits 6.8m

A FACEBOOK bug may have given outside app builders wide access to up to 6.8 million user photos.

The social network said the apps could get a broader set of images than intended, including those uploaded but not posted.

The bug was live between September 13 and 25, involving 1,500 apps.

Facebook said it was “sorry” and will notify those people “impacted”.

Ireland said was probing Facebook’s compliance with EU data laws. ONE could grace the cover of a celebrity magazine, the other is a perfect snapshot of idyllic family life.

No two images could be more different or demonstrat­e the very distinct stages of two families.

With recent rumours swirling of a falling out between the two royal sets and a brotherly row, comparison­s between the two styles are bound to be discussed by royal watchers.
