It was Mulhern Cup day for the majority of sides with some enjoying themselves much more than others. Tummery Athletic led the way on the scoring front with 13 without reply away at Glebe United with five for Sludden, three for Mccullagh, two for Beacom and one each for Hanna, Donnelly and Mclaughlin. Maguiresbr­idge almost matched that in beating Mourne Celtic 10-0 while Augher Stars beat Orchard Farm 9-1, Omagh Hospitals battered Enniskille­n Rovers 8-0 and Lisnaskea Rovers put five past Ardstraw Reserves.

Enniskille­n Rangers needed extra-time to see off Killen Rangers, Strule the same to beat Enniskille­n Galaxy with NFC Kesh winning a penalty shoot-out against Lisnarick and Beragh Swifts squeezing past Drumquin United.

Enniskille­n Town United, Mountjoy United, Lisbellaw United, Mountfield and Fintona Swifts also put themselves into round two.

In the

Rainey Cup, FC Antrim, Cloughmill­s and Michelin all progressed to round three.

There were Division One wins for Ahoghill Thistle, All Saints OBS and Harryville Homes while Ruby’s Rovers drew 4-4 with Carniny Youths.

In Division Two, Connor put eight past FC Penarol, Newpark Olympic beat Randalstow­n 5-0 and there were wins for Carnlough Swifts, Galgorm Blues and FC Moylena.

Waveney Swifts knocked Woodside out of the Sammy Moore Cup, with Holywell picking up Division Three points away at Cullybacky Blues.
