consolation to show for their 90 minutes’ effort. And boss Kelly (left) admitted: “It was a very disappointing result.

“We dominated for long periods of the game but it was the same old story when it came to finishing them off. “Credit to Tullyvallen, though, they took their chances when they came so we can’t complain about the result.

“We just didn’t test their keeper enough and we fell apart when they went in front which just isn’t good enough.” The Tigers’ next assignment follows the theme of the division – a difficult fixture against a side capable of going up.

Dromore Amateurs are unbeaten six games into their campaign and could go top with a victory at The Joe Mcaree Stadium.

But, for all that, they come into the game on the same number of points as the Tigers.

And Kelly insisted: “We don’t fear them. We don’t fear anyone in this league, to be honest.

“We know that on our day we’re as good as any of them with the ball.

“It will be a difficult match, as they all are, but we need to see a reaction from our boys to what was a very disappointing game against Tullyvallen.”

Elsewhere in Intermediate B this weekend, St Mary’s welcome Lurgan Town to the Tandragee Road for a 3.15pm kick-off in what looks the pick of the fixtures.
