REBEKAH Vardy is shocked at how fit she has become after months of Dancing on Ice training, admitting: “I never thought I’d see my abs again.”

Fans were impressed by her fab figure when she flashed her tum in an Instagram shot, 13 months after having her fifth child Olivia.

Talking about the reaction, the 38-year-old said: “I think the tan is making my abs look better than they are but I’ll take it. I didn’t look like this before the skate training started and I probably won’t once it’s finished but skating every day for months is an extremely tough workout.

“The professionals make it look effortless but it’s a hardcore sport.”

As well as Olivia, she and Jamie have two children together – Sophie and Finley – and she has two other children from SHOW Becky and Andy and,

previous relationships, right, Denise

Megan and son Taylor.

The star has been a hit with viewers since making her debut last Sunday and they got to watch the moment she slashed dance partner

Andy Buchanan’s face open with her skate as he tried to flip her. A concerned Becky told the camera: “I can’t describe the feeling of having hurt him.”

A source said: “Drama aside, Becky is loving every moment on the show.”

Meanwhile, Denise Van Outen has had to withdraw due to injury. She wrote on Instagram: “Gutted. Just over a week ago I had a nasty fall and injured my shoulder. “I managed to skate my first dance with Matt Evers on the live show through a gritted smile. The pain was unbearable.

“I’ve tried as hard as I can to carry on because I love the show and the amazing team in front of and behind the cameras. We thought with rest I could make a return to the ice, but a recent MRI scan has shown I have three bone fractures as well as a partial dislocation. Ouch. No wonder I’ve been in agony.

“I won’t be able to do any lifts, tricks or solo skating due to my injury. I’m going to bail out gracefully. I’m actually proud of what I’ve achieved (not much, lowest scores so far). I give myself a couple of points for bravery for doing cartwheels on ice at 46 with broken bones.”
