A MAN was last night taken to hospital following a shooting incident.

Police were called to Colinbrook Lane in the Poleglass area of West Belfast at 8.15pm after the victim was hit in the lower leg, close to the Good Shepherd Primary School.

Sinn Fein’s Stephen Magennis said the local community condemned the attack and “guns had no place on the streets”.

He added: “Thankfully the man did not appear to be seriously injured.”

The Masked Singer winner wondered if magic mushrooms make you as happy as a Sausage.

So she did a bit of digging... and has revealed she knows people who have been picking them for years, but said her own foraging exploits have been less impressive.

She said of the mushrooms in the fields of her home county Devon: “I can never see the blasted things – they’re too small.” Joss, who was Sausage on The Masked Singer, spoke to Professor David Nutt – who has studied the effects of hallucinogenic mushrooms – about whether they should be taken to help battle depression. She said: “We’re all going through our anxiety and depressive moments.

“The reality is literally outside your window. You can walk through the fields and find these little mushrooms.

Should we have to wait for permission to self heal?”

The prof warned about potentially poisonous mushrooms, adding some people suffering depression can have bad trips.

Prof Nutt also talked about David Cameron’s stance on drugs when he became Tory leader. “Maybe he had a bad trip,” joked Joss, 33, on her A Cuppa Happy podcast.
