1933: Sir Bobby Robson was born. Following a playing career, he managed Ipswich to European success and also took charge of PSV Eindhoven and Barcelona after taking England to the 1990 World Cup semis. His final job was as manager of Newcastle before he lost a long battle with cancer in July 2009.
